Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the websites, software tools, platforms, and services provided by Sakura Software Solutions ("3S," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to STAR, FUSION, and any related consulting or professional services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to both these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Service and must immediately discontinue use.
Scope of Services
3S provides software-based analytical and decision-support tools, including STAR and FUSION, as well as optional consulting, advisory, and professional services related to software reliability, quality, and systems analysis.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consulting or professional services are advisory in nature and do not constitute operational control, implementation responsibility, or decision-making authority on behalf of the customer.
Access to the Service
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to any part of the Service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the integrity, security, or availability of the Service.
If we make a material change to the core functionality of the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users, such as by sending an email or posting an announcement on the website.
Account Registration and Administration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
The first user associated with an account is designated as the account administrator ("Admin"). The Admin may add, remove, or manage additional users and is responsible for all activity conducted under the account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use

Customer Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including software, tools, methodologies, models, reports, research, publications, documentation, trademarks, logos, and website content, are owned by Sakura Software Solutions LLC or its licensors.
All research, publications, or other intellectual outputs generated or published by 3S in connection with the Service remain the property of 3S and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of 3S intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service, research, or publications without prior written consent, except as expressly permitted.
Consulting and Professional Services
Any consulting, advisory, or professional services provided by 3S are intended to support customer decision-making and analysis. Customers remain solely responsible for implementation decisions, operational outcomes, and business results.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, consulting services do not include system implementation, operational management, or regulatory compliance services.
Free Trial Service
3S may offer free or limited trials of certain software services. Trial details will be communicated within the Service or via email.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or terminate any free trial at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.
Analytics and Decision-Support Disclaimer
The Service provides analytical, modeling, predictive, and decision-support outputs based on user-provided data, assumptions, and methodologies. These outputs are informational only and do not constitute guarantees, warranties, or professional advice.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of the outputs and for decisions made based on the Service.
Service Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Service.
In no event shall 3S's total liability exceed the amounts paid by you to 3S for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and Payments
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Effect on Payments:
- •All fees and charges incurred prior to termination are due and payable.
- •Termination of the Service does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before the termination date.
- •Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable.
Survival:
Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and payment obligations shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
